Build the page a sales manager opens every morning to see the whole team, from HubSpot alone, through the HubSpot connector. A "Showing" picker switches between everyone and one rep.
When to use
- A manager wants one view of the team's day and week without opening reports
- Recreating the sales manager page from the HubSpot demo
Steps
- Ask me for the team (HubSpot owners) and this year's goal if you don't know them. Use today's date in my time zone.
- Pull for the team: closed-won this year by rep, open deals (owner, stage, amount, close date, last activity), meetings in the next five business days with owner and deal, client emails waiting on a rep's reply, and emails, meetings, calls, notes and tasks logged per rep for the last nine weeks.
- Sections: Start here (three things to act on today); Revenue (booked vs goal, pace, by rep); This week in HubSpot (per rep vs last week); Meetings ahead; Client threads waiting; Deals (table with owner, past-due and quiet flags); Stage check (open deals whose stage doesn't match their latest emails and meetings, with the quote that shows it and a suggested stage); Ask Claude (five prompts filled with today's names).
- Every card carries its owner so the picker can filter it, and links to the record in HubSpot.
- Save one self-contained HTML file: inline CSS and JS, no outside requests, readable on a phone, with "As of" and the source on every card.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
- Suggest stage moves; never make them. The owner decides.
