Terms of service

Effective June 12, 2026 · between you and Uplift Duo ("uplift.page").

The service

uplift.page provides a prompt API (recommendations, mini prompts, conversion, feedback) and paid workspaces (private prompts, telemetry, analytics, import). The free tier is rate-limited and provided as-is.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse rate limits, scrape at volume, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
• Don't import or publish prompts you don't have rights to distribute.
• Don't use the service to generate or distribute malicious instructions.

Your content

You own your workspace prompts and telemetry. You grant us only the rights needed to store and serve them to your workspace. Public-library contributions are reviewed and published under their cited source's terms with attribution preserved.

Billing

Advanced is $10/month plus metered usage as shown on the pricing page, billed by Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the period's end. Usage counts are visible via GET /v1/usage before they are billed.

Service level

We target high availability but the free tier carries no SLA. Paid plans receive best-effort support at hello@uplift.page; enterprise SLAs by agreement.

Prompts and stack recommendations are starting points, not professional advice; you are responsible for what your agents build. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We'll notify account holders by email of material changes 14 days before they take effect.
