Build the page a sales rep opens every morning. Everything comes from HubSpot through the HubSpot connector. The page answers one question: what do I do first today?
When to use
- "Build my morning page" or "What should I work on today?" for a rep who owns deals in HubSpot
- Recreating the simple rep page from the HubSpot demo for your own portal
Steps
- Find me as a HubSpot owner. Use today's date in my time zone.
- For my deals, companies and contacts, pull: open deals (stage, amount, close date, last activity); meetings today and the next five business days with company, contacts and deal; client emails from the last 14 days where the client wrote last; tasks due or overdue; companies that bought this year with no deal for next year.
- Rank up to six next moves: waiting replies first (oldest first), then today's meetings, renewals, deals past their close date, deals quiet 21+ days. Each move gets a kind (Reply, Prep, Renew, Fix, Sell), a one-line reason with its date, the client's own words if any, an Open in HubSpot link and a Done button that remembers today.
- Lay it out: my first name and the date; three numbers (booked this year, open pipeline, meetings this week); the moves; then Meetings, Waiting on you, Renewals, Open deals (sortable table) and Prompt ideas.
- Prompt ideas: five prompts I can paste into Claude, each naming a real client, deal or meeting from today, each with a Copy button.
- Save one self-contained HTML file: inline CSS and JS, no outside requests, readable on a phone, with "As of" and the source on every card.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
