Build the weekly activity page a manager sends around instead of a status meeting. It counts only what each person logged in HubSpot, through the HubSpot connector.
When to use
- Friday team summary
- "What did the team actually do this week?"
Steps
- Ask for the reps (HubSpot owners) if you don't know them. Weeks run Monday to Sunday in my time zone.
- For each rep and each of the last nine weeks, count emails sent, client replies, meetings, calls, notes and tasks completed.
- For each rep, list open deals with amount and last activity; flag deals quiet 21+ days and meetings in the last two weeks that have no deal.
- Show: team tiles for this week vs last; a small chart per rep with a table view; quiet deals; meetings with no deal. Every row links to HubSpot.
- Save one self-contained HTML file: inline CSS and JS, no outside requests, readable on a phone, with "As of" and the source on every card.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
- Count only what HubSpot holds; say so in a note at the top.
