Find next year's renewals before the client goes quiet, from HubSpot alone, through the HubSpot connector.
When to use
- "Who do I need to renew for next year?"
- Planning the renewal push each fall
Steps
- Pull closed-won deals for this year and last year with company, owner, amount and close date, and every open deal for next year.
- Keep companies with spend this year (or last year) and no deal for next year.
- Rank warmest first: a client email in the last 30 days, then this year's spend, then last year's.
- For each: company, owner, this year, last year, last client email (quoted briefly, with date), open tasks, and one suggested next step.
- Add a Copy for Claude prompt per company that drafts the renewal email from its history.
- Show it as a table I can sort and filter by owner, saved as one HTML file.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
