Give a person eight prompts worth running today, written from their own HubSpot data, through the HubSpot connector. A good prompt names the client, the deal and the date, so it works when pasted as is.
When to use
- Every morning, for each rep, manager or marketer
- Filling the Prompt ideas section of a morning page
Steps
- Ask whose day it is and their role (rep, manager, marketer).
- Pull their meetings today and tomorrow, client emails waiting on them, open deals with stage and last activity, renewals with nothing booked, and tasks due.
- Write eight prompts in five groups: Follow up, Prep, Renew, Clean up HubSpot, Report. Each names a real record and says what to produce (a draft, a brief, a list), and that nothing is sent or saved without a yes.
- Check each prompt can be answered from HubSpot alone; drop any that can't.
- Return them as a list, or as HTML cards with a Copy button and the record each one is about.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
