Write the brief a rep reads five minutes before a client meeting. Everything comes from HubSpot through the HubSpot connector, and every claim says where it came from.
When to use
- "Prep me for my meeting with
" - Every morning, for each client meeting today and tomorrow
Steps
- Find the meeting in HubSpot (or each of my meetings today and tomorrow), with its company, contacts and deal.
- Pull: closed-won deals and line items by year for the company; open deals with stage, amount and close date; the last ten emails, notes and meetings on the company and its contacts; contact titles and when each last replied; the company record (industry, size, description).
- Write these sections, short: Top line (why we meet, what to leave with); The numbers (by year, change vs last year, still to run); New since last contact; Deals and the conversation (last client email quoted); Who's in the room; What to pitch (two or three options with prices from past line items); Agenda; Questions to ask; Likely objections with an answer each; Gaps (what HubSpot doesn't say); Sources.
- End with a Result line to fill in after the meeting, and one prompt to log the outcome.
- Save as markdown and as a one-page HTML file, readable on a phone.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
- If a number can't be found, put it under Gaps instead of estimating it.
