Read a HubSpot portal end to end through the HubSpot connector and show what's healthy, what's broken, and the shortest path to fix it. Every number is read live; nothing is estimated.
When to use
- Taking over or inheriting a portal
- After a migration or a big import
Steps
- Count contacts by original source and lifecycle stage; marketing vs non-marketing contacts.
- Companies: missing domain, industry or owner; contacts with no company.
- Deals: by pipeline and stage, amount empty or $0, close date in the past, no contact, quiet 30+ days.
- Setup: workflows on and off, custom properties per object, lists and segments, forms with submissions.
- Build a scorecard page: tiles for each number with good, watch or fix; then findings grouped by area, each with the number, why it matters, the fix and a link to HubSpot's docs; then a 30/60/90-day order.
- Save one self-contained HTML file: inline CSS and JS, no outside requests, readable on a phone, with "As of" and the source on every card.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
- Link only to official HubSpot documentation.
