HubSpot docs check

Checks HubSpot's official developer docs and changelog for what changed since the last check in the tools you use (the remote MCP server and Claude connector, the Agent CLI, CRM, marketing email and import APIs), and writes it into a notes file your agent reads before any HubSpot work. Use weekly, or before building anything on HubSpot.

# HubSpot docs check

HubSpot's AI tools change every few weeks, faster than any model's training data. Read the official docs and changelog, and keep a short notes file so every HubSpot task starts from what is true today.

## When to use

- Weekly, on a schedule
- Before building or debugging anything on HubSpot

## Steps

1. Open the notes file (create HUBSPOT-NOTES.md if missing) and note the date of the last check.
2. Read HubSpot's developer changelog since that date, then the docs pages for the remote MCP server, the Claude connector, the Agent CLI, and any API the notes list.
3. For each change: what changed, the date, whether it's beta or GA, the tier it needs, and the doc link. Mark anything that replaces a workaround in the notes.
4. List deprecations and sunset dates at the top.
5. Rewrite the notes file: what each tool can and can't do today, then this week's changes. Keep it under 150 lines.

## Rules

- Official HubSpot sources only: developers.hubspot.com, knowledge.hubspot.com, hubspot.com, github.com/HubSpot.
- Quote the doc for anything that changes what you can do; link every line.
- Don't edit code or HubSpot; this only updates the notes.

Install it as a skill

Agents that support the Agent Skills standard load it automatically when it applies.
