Review open deals the way a sales manager would, from HubSpot alone, through the HubSpot connector, and report the ones whose stage doesn't match what's actually happening.
When to use
- Weekly pipeline review or forecast prep
- "Which of our deals are in the wrong stage?"
Steps
- Pull open deals with owner, pipeline, stage, amount, close date and last activity.
- For each deal, read the emails, meetings, calls, notes and tasks on the deal, its company and its contacts (most email is filed on the contact, not the deal), newest first.
- Decide: does the stage match? If not, suggest the stage it should be in, a confidence from 0 to 100%, and quote the one sentence that settles it, with who wrote it and when.
- Also flag: close date in the past, amount empty or $0, no contact on the deal, quiet 30+ days.
- Output a table, largest deals first: deal, owner, stage now, suggested stage, confidence, evidence, link. Save it as markdown and HTML.
- Finish with one prompt per owner to review their suggestions in Claude.
Rules
- Read only: never create, update, log or delete anything in HubSpot.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
- Suggest only. The owner moves the deal.
