Build a home page for a rep who does their HubSpot work by talking to Claude. Prompts come first; every button copies a prompt. Data comes only from HubSpot through the HubSpot connector.
When to use
- A rep uses Claude daily but rarely opens HubSpot
- Recreating the prompt-first rep page with meeting prep from the HubSpot demo
Steps
- Find me as a HubSpot owner; use today's date in my time zone.
- Pull my meetings today and the next five business days (company, contacts, deal), client emails where the client wrote last, open deals with stage, amount and last activity, and tasks due.
- Top of the page, "Ask Claude": prompt groups for Start my day, Follow up, Prep for a meeting, Log it, and Who to write to. Fill every prompt with today's real names, companies, deals and dates.
- Then "Your day": each meeting, email and deal as a card with Copy for Claude and Open in HubSpot. A meeting card opens a short brief (top line, who's in the room, deal and last email, what to ask) in a pop-up.
- Log, note, task and outcome buttons copy a prompt that tells Claude to show the exact entry and save it to HubSpot on the right contact and deal only after I say yes.
- Save one self-contained HTML file: inline CSS and JS, no outside requests, readable on a phone, with "As of" and the source on every card.
Rules
- The page is read only. Writes happen only from a copied prompt, and only after the rep confirms the exact entry.
- Use only what HubSpot holds. If a card has no data, leave it out; never guess a name, amount, date or quote.
- Quote people exactly and briefly. Plain words, one line per item, no filler.
